La Consejería de Igualdad y Empleo a través del Instituto de la Mujer de Extremadura en convenio con el Ministerio de Igualdad ha establecido un acuerdo con la Fundación MUJERES y Grupo RED quienes pondrán en marcha el Programa
Fundación Mujeres está desarrollando en la Comarca de las Hurdes Talleres de Dinamización Rural y Animación a la Participación Laboral de Mujeres. Estos talleres formativos están enmarcados en un proyecto financiado por el Instituto de la Mujer de Extremadura y el Fondo Social Europeo y promovido por el Exmo. Ayuntamiento de Casares de las Hurdes.
Este Plan nace con el propósito de intervenir en las distintas dimensiones de la discriminación, tanto de carácter estructural como coyuntural, abordando prioritariamente la creación de condiciones y estructuras para que la igualdad de oportunidades entre las mujeres y hombres se convierta en una realidad.
El esfuerzo del equipo técnico del Proyecto “La Ruta de tu Inserción” se constata en los datos obtenidos tanto en el servicio de orientación, como formación e intermediación laboral. Un total de 217 mujeres están participando en el proyecto, de las que 190 han completado hasta la fecha su itinerario de inserción, y 25 de ellas han conseguido un empleo.
