Dentro de las actividades de CUIDADANAS, en el eSPA “.Conociendo la ciudad”, hemos organizado una visita a la torre de la Universidad Laboral de Gijón, en el que han participaron once mujeres.
La próxima semana dedicaremos un taller a reflexionar sobre nuestra autoestima, como parte del proceso de autoconocimiento y desarrollo personal.
El taller que se inició el 16 de septiembre y finalizará el 30 del mismo mes, desgranará los contenidos que tienen que ver con aprender a ponernos en el lugar de otra persona, practicar la escucha activa y conocer técnicas de regulación de conflictos.

La Escuela Gallega de Salud para la Ciudadanía, dependiente de la Xerencia do Servizo Galego de Saúde, tiene como misión dar información, conocimientos y habilidades en procesos de salud y de enfermedad a pacientes, personas cuidadoras y ciudadanía en general, con el fin de mejorar su calidad de vida, potenciar su participación, así como facilitar el conocimiento del funcionamiento de los servicios sanitarios para contribuir a un uso eficiente de los mismos.
Abierto el plazo de inscripción al Curso de Creación de Empresas que Fundación Mujeres organiza para emprendedoras y empresarias en A Coruña, Asturias, Cáceres, Córdoba y Madrid, con la financiación del Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad.

Hoy martes 16 de septiembre se ha presentado a los medios de comunicación el Informe Sombra realizado por la Plataforma CEDAW Sombra España 2014. Más de 260 organizaciones y colectivos firman este informe enviado a la CEDAW ante la inminente presencia del gobierno español para responder sobre la igualdad en España ante la ONU.
